By creating a Gake Saves account, you agree to these terms. Gake Saves Campus Edition is an MVP under active development, and these terms will evolve alongside it.

The student wallet is for university students who register with a valid university email address. Restaurant accounts are for restaurants operating near or serving a partner campus; every restaurant application is reviewed by our team before the account is activated.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Gake Saves is a behavioral-finance platform built around purposeful, disciplined money management. Its current product, Campus Edition, offers campus meal subscriptions. Gake Saves is not a bank, and it does not hold, custody, or process your payment to a restaurant: you pay the restaurant directly, using the payment method the restaurant provides, the restaurant verifies your payment evidence, and Gake Saves provides the digital subscription, verification workflow, and meal-redemption experience around it — see How It Works for the full step-by-step flow.

A subscription is created once you submit your payment evidence, and stays pending until the restaurant reviews it. It only becomes active — with meals added to your account — after the restaurant approves that evidence; rejected or unverifiable evidence does not activate a subscription. Once active, meals are redeemed by scanning the restaurant's QR code, and each meal period can only be redeemed once.

Don't use Gake Saves to commit fraud, misrepresent your identity or a restaurant you operate, submit false or altered payment evidence, or attempt to circumvent the budgeting rules that govern how your purposes may be spent.

As a restaurant partner, you agree to honor the meal plans and payments students make through Gake Saves, to review subscription payment evidence honestly, and to keep your menu, meal plans, and settlement details accurate. Settlement payouts are currently processed manually by our team as we integrate automated payment infrastructure.

The Gake Saves name, logo, and the platform itself belong to Gake Saves LTD. Using the service gives you permission to use it for its intended purpose — it doesn't transfer any ownership of it to you.

As an MVP, Gake Saves may change, add, or remove features, and may occasionally be unavailable while we make improvements. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to Gake Saves or its users.

We'll update the date above when these terms change in a meaningful way.

These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
